Factory Automation

Whether it be labour savings, quality, safety or reliability improvement you seek Redline has a number of innovative solutions to automate manufacturing processes. 
Specific projects for process include batching, mixing, cooking, pasteurising, heating, cooling, extruding, sheeting, ultrasonic cutting, enrobing, chocolate tempering and CIP.

Specific projects in packaging include flow wrapping, bagging, case packing, palletising, inspection systems, counting systems, weighing systems, all conveying and automated guided vehicles

Factory relocations

Redline has successfully relocated several factories and production lines inclusive of freighting logistics and re-commissioning.
Specific projects have included production lines ranging from 7 to 50 x 40 foot sea containers of equipment.  Relocations have included geometrical modifications and new equipment constructed to the best in class GMP and engineeringstandards

New Product Commercialisation

Redline has successfully implemented many household branded new products into full scale production.
These include working closely with R&D, packaging, marketing and suppliers.
Specific examples include confectionery, soft drinks,baked goods and diary products 

Brownfield and Greenfield facilities and production lines

Redline has designed and project managed numerous automated warehouses, manufacturing facilities and production lines.  
Specific examples include a state of the art Plymill involving over 200 40 foot containers of equipment  $60M and the largest automated chilled warehouse in the southern hemisphere $160M
